Welcome to the Clara Barton Chapter, NSDAR!
We are the Clara Barton Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR or DAR), located in Huntington Beach, California. The city of Huntington Beach is located along the Southern California coast in Orange County, a seaside city best known for its beautiful eight and a half miles of beach shores, parks, gardens, and lakes, conservation wetlands, and equestrian center.
The Clara Barton Chapter, NSDAR, was organized on January 13, 1974, by twelve enthusiastic women who wanted to bring DAR into the heart of the beach city. Today, our chapter has 200 members and it is still growing! Our members pride themselves by being a part of a wonderful, friendly, energetic, and active chapter. We are welcoming to all visitors and want you to join us!
So come see what we are all about. We would love to hear from you!
The Daughters of the American Revolution works to support its three main objectives: Patriotism, Education, and Historic Preservation. Members of our chapter strive to further the work of DAR through these main pillars. To learn more visit the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, website.
